Ideye shakes off pressure

Brown Ideye has come under fire over his lack of
goals, especially during the Fifa Confederations
Cup, but the Dinamo Kyiv forward says he is under
no pressure to score.

Ideye was moved into the breach vacated through
injury by Emmanuel Emenike for the big
tournament, but saw himself plagued by a plethora
of missed opportunities.
But the forward says as long as he can help the
team win games, he is under no pressure.
"I'm not under any pressure to score but just to
ensure that we get a good game on Saturday,"
Ideye said.
"I'm looking forward to a great game against
Malawi, and as long as the team win, I'm okay with
that."
Ideye is expected to renew his very profitable
partnership with Emmanuel Emenike for the Eagles
as they confront Malawi on Saturday.
"It's good to welcome Emenike back. He is a very
important player for us, and we have always that he
will get well soon."
